The original home built in the 1980’s was large but awkward. The corps of our work was to resurface the exterior fit and feel of the home. To do so we created an inviting and sensible entry, we opened the views towards the bay with larger windows. We modified roofs for proportions and added a wonderful pool area for context. For the most part, all of the interior spaces were a good size so the general plan remained intact.  The large kitchen is the most reconfigured area of the home, but really it was applying smart finishes and techniques to an older property that makes this project shine.
